We are pleased to share an exciting milestone in our continued growth and commitment to high-quality primary care. East Guelph Medical Clinic is now operating as a Family Health Group (FHG), bringing together a growing team of physicians working collaboratively to deliver coordinated, comprehensive, and patient-centred care.

As part of this next phase, we are expanding our services, facilities, and clinical offerings to better meet the needs of our community.

New Services Coming to unit A1 in February 2026

In early 2026, our expansion into Unit A1 will allow us to introduce new clinical services designed to improve access and reduce wait times for essential care. These services include iron infusion therapy for patients requiring monitored treatment and on-site phlebotomy services, making it easier for patients to complete blood work in a familiar and convenient setting.

This expansion reflects our commitment to keeping more care close to home and supporting patients through coordinated, team-based care.

Expanded Women’s Health Services Launching March 2026

We are also expanding our women’s health services beginning in March 2026. This expansion will enhance access to comprehensive women’s health care, including gynecological services, preventive screening, and ongoing support across different stages of life. Our goal is to provide timely, respectful, and integrated care within a trusted primary care environment.

Expanding Care Through a Family Health Group Model

Becoming a Family Health Group allows our physicians to work together more closely, improving continuity of care and ensuring patients benefit from shared clinical expertise. This model supports long-term doctor-patient relationships while enabling us to expand services in a thoughtful and coordinated way.

As our team grows, patients can expect the same welcoming environment and high standard of care they trust, now supported by expanded services and a broader care team.

Looking Ahead

East Guelph Medical Clinic is excited to announce expansions that enhance our community services. New physicians and services will be added throughout 2026 to improve access to comprehensive primary care for individuals and families. We thank our patients for their trust and look forward to serving you with compassion and excellence.
